Stephen founded CMI around a simple observation: organizations grow better when finance, operations, and structure are treated as one connected system rather than separate problems handled by separate people.
For more than a decade, he has been the person organizations rely on to keep the details straight—records, budgets, reporting, technology, vendor coordination, documentation, and the daily operations that determine whether a plan actually holds together.
Earlier in his career, Stephen spent eight years as a Technology Specialist and District Technology Integration Specialist across Boston and Dracut Public Schools. His work included a district-wide Google Apps for Education rollout serving 4,000 users and ongoing support for systems used by more than 500 people.
Education & perspective
Stephen holds an M.Ed. in E-Learning & Design and a B.S. in Organizational Communication from Northeastern University, along with certifications in Instructional Technology and Erosion & Sediment Control.
